Hurricane Iselle has weakened to a Category Three storm, but continues on a westward path toward the Hawaiian Island Chain. Iselle is packing 125 mph winds and is more than 1,100 miles east of the Big Island. Residents there will feel the first effects of Iselle, which are heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, power outages and high surf. The storm will continue across the island chain affecting the rest of the islands Friday and Saturday and on Sunday morning, the second punch -- Tropical Storm Julio, which is expected to develop into a Category One Hurricane, will be off the Big Island. If the forecast holds, Julio will remain a Category One as it approaches.  In any event, officials are asking you to prepare early.
